Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, has been damaged during delivery, is not of satisfactory quality, does not fit the description or is unfit for purpose, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of the goods by email, fax or telephone. Please provide us with your contact details, proof of purchase, reason(s) for return and whether you would like to arrange a refund or exchange as appropriate. We will then contact you to reach a mutually agreed solution. Please do not return the goods without contacting us first. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. The goods need to be returned in their original packaging with copy of delivery note. Please note you must pay for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty/damaged/unfit for purpose. We require the return of the products within 28 days of the refund request being made. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the goods to the account originally used to purchase the product.
